If your property sustained damage during the 2024 hurricane season, we kindly request that you provide us with an update on its current condition. By doing so, our office will be able to properly reflect the condition and value of your property as of the January 1, 2026, statutory assessment date and know whether you plan to utilize the tax saving calamity provision in the repair/rebuilding process.

If your property has been fully repaired to its pre-storm condition before January 1, 2026, no further action is needed, and you do not need to complete this survey.

However, if repairs have not yet been completed, please continue and reply before March 1, 2026.
